On January 31, 2026, we welcomed Dr. David Villar Vegas, Professor in the Area of Hebrew and Aramaic Studies at the Complutense University of Madrid, who delivered a lecture on the ‘Israeli–Palestinian conflict’ —a highly relevant and timely topic—, addressed from a rigorous and enriching perspective. After the presentation, a Q&A session and exchange of views took place among the attendees—members of our community as well as of Sevillian society in general—, reflecting different perspectives, questions, and concerns regarding the subject.
